AI-guided business intelligence

Your team verifies AI decisions.
It doesn't make them.

Fire Mission gives every department a purpose-built AI expert — Legal, HR, Compliance, InfoSec, Operations — grounded in your own internal policies and documents. The AI researches, analyzes, and cites sources. Your team reviews and verifies. One analyst does the work of three.

every answer from your source docs

The accountability stays with you. Fire Mission does not replace human judgment — it eliminates the research burden. Every AI-generated answer is reviewed and confirmed by a human before acting on it. The decision log records who asked, what was retrieved, and who verified the outcome.

⚙️ How it works

Three steps from signup to your team verifying AI-guided decisions.

1

Upload your policies

Connect your legal handbooks, HR manuals, compliance frameworks, security runbooks, and standard operating procedures. The AI reads your documents — not the open internet. Every answer is grounded in what you've uploaded.

2

Define who can ask

Grant department-level, team-level, or individual access to each persona. HR staff access the HR Guide. Legal team accesses the Legal Advisor. InfoSec accesses the InfoSec Analyst. Access is scoped, logged, and auditable.

3

Your team verifies, not decides

Employees ask questions. The AI researches your policy documents, constructs an answer, and cites the source. A human reviews the answer and confirms or corrects it. The decision is logged. Accountability stays with your team — the AI removes the research burden.

⚡ Tier 0 workflows

In IT service management, Tier 0 is automated self-service — the layer that deflects routine requests before they reach a human expert. Fire Mission applies the same model to governance: the 60–70% of questions that policy documents already answer are handled automatically. Your Legal, HR, Compliance, and InfoSec teams focus on the hard 30%.

The research burden moves. The accountability doesn't. Fire Mission presents a grounded answer with source citations. A human confirms. The decision is logged.

💰 ROI vs. headcount

Fire Mission is not priced against other SaaS tools. It is priced against the fully-loaded cost of a qualified analyst — salary, benefits, payroll tax, overhead, and turnover risk included.

RoleBase salaryFully loaded / yrFire Mission / yrSavings
HR Generalist$62,000$83,700$228$83,472
Compliance Analyst$88,000$118,800$588$118,212
Legal Analyst$115,000$155,250$588$154,662
InfoSec Analyst$105,000$141,750$588$141,162
Operations Coordinator$58,000$78,300$228$78,072
IT Help Desk (L2)$55,000$74,250$228$74,022

Fully-loaded = base salary + 35% benefits & overhead (US 2025 averages). Fire Mission at Starter ($19/seat/mo — $228/yr) for HR/Ops and IT. Professional ($49/seat/mo — $588/yr) for Legal, Compliance, and InfoSec. Savings represent the analyst cost offset. Your existing team still verifies every decision.

  • • Each analyst handles 1 domain full-time
  • • Knowledge lives in people's heads — turnover risk
  • • Consistent answers not guaranteed
  • • Decisions difficult to audit

With Fire Mission

  • • 1 analyst verifying AI conclusions across multiple domains
  • • Knowledge lives in your documents — zero turnover risk
  • • Every answer cited to the source policy
  • • Consistent answers guaranteed by document grounding
  • • Every decision logged with who asked and who verified

🧠 Department AI personas

Each persona is a purpose-built AI expert trained on your own documents. It answers from what you've uploaded, cites the source, and tells you when it doesn't have enough information to answer reliably.

Coming in the next release: Persona creation UI, document upload pipeline, and the employee chat interface. The security gateway foundation is live today. Persona grounding is in active development. See the changelog →

🛡️ Security foundation

Every AI interaction passes through mandatory security scanning — the scanner runs on every call, no exceptions. Security is built into the infrastructure, not bolted on as a feature. Enforcement mode is configurable per key: Security Scan blocks violations in-flight (default), or Passthrough Monitor logs and records verdicts without blocking for observe-first rollouts.

PII detection & redaction

SSNs, payment card data, medical record identifiers, and other sensitive patterns are detected and redacted. HIPAA, GLBA, FERPA, and CCPA patterns covered.

Prompt injection defense

Attempts to hijack the AI persona's behavior through crafted inputs are detected and blocked before reaching the model. Known jailbreak patterns and role-manipulation attempts are flagged.

Model identity verification

We verify the model that actually answered is the model you requested. Silent substitutions and bait-and-switch attacks are flagged and written to the audit log.

Zero raw data residue

Raw prompt and completion bytes are never stored. The control plane logs only metadata — token counts, costs, security verdicts, source document citations. Your employees' words stay out of our database.
